Are your products free from harmful ingredients?
Yes. Every Lockedin Beauty product is formulated without parabens, silicones, artificial fragrance, mineral oil, or sulphates. We use naturally derived ingredients that we'd confidently use on ourselves and our own families.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Lockedin Beauty products are cruelty-free and come in recyclable packaging.
Are your products major allergen friendly?
We formulate with allergen sensitivity in mind. Our products are major allergen friendly, but if you have specific allergies, please check the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.
Where are your products made?
Every product is hand-blended in small batches right here in Cape Town, South Africa.

Are your products suitable for my hair type?
Yes. Our range is designed to work for all hair types, straight, wavy, curly, and coily. Whether your hair is fine, thick, natural, or chemically treated, you'll find something in our range that works for you.
Can I use these products on my children?
Absolutely. Our formulas are gentle enough for the whole family, including children.
Can I use your products on colour-treated or chemically processed hair?
Yes. Because our products are free from harsh sulphates and silicones, they're safe and gentle for colour-treated, relaxed, or keratin-treated hair.
How to Use
How do I know which products are right for me?
We've organised our range into three categories based on hair concern:
- Growth & Regrowth — if you want longer, stronger hair
- Breakage & Damage — if your hair is brittle, snapping, or over-processed
- Oily scalp — if you're dealing with an oily scalp, flaking, or an itchy scalp

How often should I use the Gee Wow Hair Mask?
We recommend using it once a week as a deep treatment. Apply generously to damp hair after shampooing, leave on for 10–30 minutes (longer for more intensive nourishment), then rinse thoroughly. You can also apply a small amount as a leave-in treatment on the ends of damp hair.
How do I use the Let it Grow Hair Food?
Warm a small amount between your palms, then massage into your scalp and work through the lengths of your hair. For best results, leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then rinse. It can also be used as a lightweight leave-in on damp hair for daily nourishment.
When can I expect to see results?
Many customers notice softer, smoother hair from the very first use. For stronger, fuller-looking hair, we recommend consistent use over approximately one month.
Can I use more than one Lockedin Beauty product at the same time?
Yes, our products are designed to complement each other. Pairing a shampoo and conditioner from the same collection, or adding the Let it Grow Hair Food as a scalp treatment, will give you the best results.
